Data Deletion Instructions

Mr. Kics ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains how to ask us to delete personal data that we received through Instagram or Facebook.

What data we may hold

If you commented on a post or sent a direct message to our Instagram account @mrkics_official, we may hold: your Instagram username and user ID, the text of your comment or message, and the date and time it was sent. We use this data only to read and reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

How to ask for deletion

1. Send an email to info@mrkics.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include your Instagram username, so we can find your data.
3. We will confirm that we received your request within 7 days and delete your data within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.

If you removed our app

If you removed the Mr. Kics app from your Instagram "Apps and websites" settings, we will no longer receive new data from your account. Your earlier comments and messages stay on Instagram. To remove what we hold, use the steps above.
