Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time: Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Some items may take longer, and the estimated delivery date shown at checkout applies to your order.

Shipping rates: Free standard shipping on orders of 50 CAD or more for customers in Canada, and 50 USD or more for customers in the United States. For orders below these amounts, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple items: Items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us and we will help.

Duties and taxes: Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout.
