Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns sent without prior approval or without the required paperwork may not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at info@mrkics.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, we will reply with the return paperwork and instructions. The paperwork must be printed and included in the package.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and paying the return shipping cost on all returns. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, the same return process applies and you will first pay for return shipping. If the defect or error is confirmed when the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase price together with the return shipping cost you paid. Please keep your shipping receipt.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
